ADD CONTROL PANEL TO DESKTOP RIGHT CLICK

step1:go to run ,type regedit and hit enter

step2:now go to this path HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell

step3:right click on SHELL and create a new key called CONTROL PANEL

step3:now right click on control panel  and again create a key called COMMAND

step4:now select the COMMAND key and change the default value to  rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL

step5: enjoy
